Nicolas Cage National TreasureSevere damage and wear caused Cage to stay off the floor for repair. He was a passion project, so I rebuilt his face with wax, inserted hair, then painted his whole portrait. I also cast him new hands to replace his shattered wax pair.
Prop Declaration Of Independence With Bullet HolesBenjamin Gates (Nicolas Cage) makes a daring attempt to steal the Declaration Of Independence. In his escape from The National Archive labs, his former associates shoot at him. He blocks the shots with the Declaration’s bulletproof glass case. This prop was sourced as a loose replica. Two layers of acrylic had to be stacked to prevent debris from being shoved into the openings. The holes had to be sanded for safety reasons.
